How to Feel Good Enough
Without Pretending

5 steps to implement to let go of the need to be perfect, even if you frequently doubt your abilities, your worth or your legitimacy

Hi, my name is Sarah Brown Haté and I work with sensitive, empathetic, spiritually aware women.

As empathetic women in business, we’re driven and passionate with a strong desire to accomplish meaningful things aka our soul mission.

We’re perfectly capable of spending our energy on things that matter and will always go that extra mile to make others feel better, seen and heard.

We pride ourselves on our ability to solve conflict, lend a sympathetic ear and provide top-quality services.

But at what cost?

When we achieve all of this while maintaining a sense of balance, we tend to feel at peace, connected to SOUL (Self, Others, the Universe, Life) and empowered.

Feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and disheartened are all signs that you’re off-balance. This may be the result of feeling that you’re not doing the best you can, which, in turn, pushes you to do more and more.

All you know is the vicious circle of pleasing, performing and perfecting – leaving you with a bitter taste of never feeling enough, questioning your worth and comparing yourself to others.

It's my soul mission to empower sensitive, empathetic &
spiritually aware women

so that they can break free of their past conditioning, reconnect to their inner power, and help to create a world where love and community reign.

I’ve designed a solution to help you go from feeling like an imposter to showing up as your true self.

It’s in the shape of a masterclass and accompanying workbook, including the 5 steps that I and many other women have already successfully implemented and 20 journalling questions to gain more clarity about your skills, values and strengths, the brilliant ideas that you haven’t yet acted on and the helpful thoughts that will support, motivate, and empower you.

With Love and Gratitude,

It's not what you are that holds you back.
It's what you think you are not."
